Our Manufacturing

We offer two manufacturing options.

Our primary local facility in Sydney, Australia where we have a the most experienced shopfitters giving us the ability to act quickly in the manufacture phase. Our second manufacturing option is via our joint venture facility in Shenzen, China where large quantities or repetition products can be manufactured at very reasonable prices.

The Sydney facility is equipped with the latest computerised setout and processing machinery available to the Shopfitting industry enabling us to provide the best quality product using the most efficient processes.

  • Setout office comprising computer workstations using Pytha 3D CAD software for setout of shopfittings;
  • Machining area with Biesse nesting machine capable of cutting and processing up to 100 sheets of board a day;
  • Assembly area of work benches used for assembling and finishing shopfittings prior to dispatch;
  • Under cover logistics facility for loading and unloading of goods;
  • Storage areas for completed shopfittings prior to dispatch.

With the rising costs of labour in Australia we have invested in the latest technology in the pre manufacture and manufacture areas of the facility in order to be the best and most efficient we can be.

Our team work with local suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that all components included in a fitout are supplied with the best quality and price available.

These include:

  • Signage
  • Stainless Steel Components
  • Sheet Metal and steel Components
  • Polyurethane Finishes
  • Fabric and Upholstery
  • Solid Surface fabrication (Corian, Starion etc.)
  • Acrylic fabrication
  • Electrical and Lighting
  • Glazing
  • Timber and Board products

In the facility in Shenzen China, we have access to joinery manufacture, signage, acrylic and stainless steel fabrication all under the one roof. This facility is particularly suited to large quantity runs or projects that entail many man hours to manufacture detailed items such as showcases, small metalwork components etc.

All work undertaken offshore is carefully coordinated and supervised by our Australian Project Management Team members to ensure quality and delivery on schedule.

Offshore production is not always the most efficient option and this is determined throughout the process by our Project Management team depending on price and timing.
